Dr. Winston, is both the founder and medical director of American Behavioral Clinics. Dr. Winston is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and has been in practice for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1981 and completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, in 1985. Understanding the psychopharmacology of the brain is one of Dr. Winston’s biggest strengths. As a national speaker, he has lectured on most medications and keeps current on the newest breakthroughs in the field. His knowledge of pharmaceuticals combined with years of experience provide him an edge in prescribing an effective treatment regimen for his patients.
