Mindy has been practicing psychotherapy in Milwaukee County for more than 10 years. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults and practices from an integrated approach utilizing Person-Centered, CBT and DBT modalities and believing that the client is the expert on their own experiences. Mindy specializes in depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, major life transitions and stress management. Mindy appreciates physical and spiritual health’s effects on a person’s mental and emotional wellbeing and supports exploring each of these aspects within the therapeutic setting.

Education:

Mindy received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her Master of Science in Educational Psychology with an Emphasis in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
