Office Location: Oak Creek
Noah approaches clients with professionalism and respect, recognizing that each person is valuable and worthy of time and attention. His approach is genuine and thoughtful, with attentive listening and intentional questions. He believes that an open, honest, and genuine approach to life leads to a greater awareness of one’s unmet needs and a greater ability to meet them in healthy and sustainable ways. He is an optimist and believes change is possible and hope is worth it.
Noah takes an eclectic approach to counseling, most often utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. This approach focuses on helping clients understand themselves better. This especially applies to how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, and how the past influences the present. This also includes a framework that encourages clients to make life improvements as soon as they are ready. For those interested, he is especially well-versed in the integration of Christian faith with mental health challenges.
