Sarah uses an eclectic approach focused on providing individualized care for each client’s needs and strengths. Sarah’s main focus is understanding her clients and helping them to understand themselves with compassion and acceptance.

Education:

Sarah completed her master’s degree in clinical mental health at Northwestern University in June 2023. She formerly attended Marquette University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in psychology.
